In June we achieved a record month with 7 DAs approved! These included alterations to 2 houses, 2 new houses, 2 new dual occupancies, and a shop fitout. Overall these approvals were spread across 5 different Councils including, Rockdale, Waverley, Hurstville, Sutherland and Randwick.
It’s always satisfying to know that even though sometimes our clients push the envelope (with good intentions), that Council’s are willing to support these types of projects. While we are advocates for compliance, sometimes this cannot be achieved for various reasons including the site topography, subdivision pattern, adjoining properties, and existing building.
